Policies
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment and pay online you may use the online calendar by clicking on the Red Appointment Tab on the left of the screen. Alternatively you may contact me by telephone or email. Please note that you may only schedule your first session when purchasing a package online. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled directly with me. Gift certificates are available.
All consultations and sessions are by advance appointment only. Same day appointments may be available, but it is best to call me directly to schedule at least 3 hours in advance. It is important to arrive at your designated appointment time, ON TIME. This appointment time has been set aside specifically for you. If you are going to be late, please call. Should you arrive late, you may not receive your full service. You will be charged for the full service time scheduled.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your session or prepaid in case of package rates. Payment may be made by cash, check or by credit card. Please contact me should you have any questions or concerns.
Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment
Please note that a 24 hour notice is required to change or cancel your appointment. Please contact me directly regarding any need to change or cancel an appointment. You are responsible for payment for the session time you have booked. Should you not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session as I could not schedule another client at that designated time. Please Note: Reminder emails are sent as a courtesy via Setster when utilizing the online scheduling/payment method. Clients are ultimately responsible for their session times. The cancellation policy is in effect even if you do not receive a reminder email.
Insurance reimbursement
While I am a licensed provider in the state of Wisconsin, I do not file insurance claims or have contracts with any insurance providers. However, I am glad to provide you with receipts, which you provide to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients use flex spending or their healthcare saving account funds to pay for service.
